Teach Grade 4 English Language Education lessons by infusing creativity into engaging instruction and ensuring academic growth. Manage classroom dynamics through consistent preventive discipline, clear expectation setting, and maintaining a positive environment conducive to learning. Record student performance, behavior, social development, and physical health while collaborating with parents, counselors, and administrators to resolve struggles. Commit to school policies, punctuality, and attendance guidelines. Serve as a tutor for students struggling with specific concepts or lead clubs and group activities. Join the CCSL team to provide high-quality education choice to 1,200 students in a tuition-free public charter academy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- fluency in subject area to be taught
- All required state certifications for position - EL/ML/ESL for Elementary + SEI Endorsement
- Completion of all required reference and criminal background checks
