Job Summary
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources while building and optimizing dashboards to track business metrics. Partner with global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to translate reporting needs into analytical solutions and deliver ad-hoc analysis for forecasting and performance tracking. Identify trends and risks within learner, revenue, and operational data, then present clear insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across all reports.
Required Qualifications
- SQL
- Databricks
- Power BI
- Qlikview
- 3+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation
- Experience doing large data set analysis, automation, or modelling
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, validation, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Qlikview and/or Power BI
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking ability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly
- Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Analysis, automation, or data modelling
- Strong experience working with interactive dashboards and storytelling
- Working knowledge of Power BI for business reporting
- Solid Excel capability for data preparation and analysis
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or equivalent
- Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst
- Qlikview/ Power BI
- Degree (or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Information Sys
