6-9 Social Studies Teacher

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish leadership and positive relationships while designing instruction that ensures all students engage with individual learning objectives. Develop classroom goals in partnership with students, evaluate individual and class performance using assessment data, and implement best practices aligned with state and district standards. Manage classroom structure and procedures to maintain a safe, orderly environment, model positive behaviors, and oversee assistant teachers and volunteers. Maintain required documentation and reports to comply with statutes and regulations. Respond to emergency situations per building protocols and participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional growth opportunities.
