Collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues to establish high expectations and continuous improvement for learning. Design individualized instruction aligned with state standards and evaluate student performance to adjust teaching strategies. Maintain documentation, manage classroom procedures, and model positive behaviors to ensure a safe, orderly environment. Oversee assistant teachers and volunteers while responding to emergency situations per building protocols. Participate in team meetings and professional growth opportunities as assigned by the supervisor.
