Job Summary
Provide targeted literacy intervention and Strategic Reading instruction for grades 6–10, including small-group and individualized support; monitor student progress using district-approved tools; collaborate with teachers to implement evidence-based reading interventions within the classroom; assist with literacy screening and progress monitoring; participate in MTSS/RTI planning and meetings; maintain records of intervention services and student progress; support district literacy initiatives and professional learning related to literacy instruction and intervention.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arkansas teaching license.
- Demonstrated knowledge of literacy instruction and intervention practices.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze student data and use data to inform instruction.
