Job Summary
Special Education Paraprofessional will provide instructional and behavioral support for students with special needs in Rutherford Elementary. Transfers/lifting of students may be required. Preferred candidate will have experience working with special needs students and must meet the state Highly Qualified standard within 10 days of start via one of: a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, 60+ post-secondary credits, or a passing ParaPro Exam. Hours are 6.0 per day, Monday through Friday (student contact days). Starting Date: 08/10/2026. Diversity and inclusion are strongly encouraged; starting wage is $21.00 per hour. Apply online.
