5th Shift Production Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day production in the assigned area and organize staff tasks/shifts. Coach, counsel and discipline staff; ensure KPI targets for quality, productivity and safety; collaborate with quality, safety and human resources to ensure compliance. This 12-hour weekend shift runs Friday–Sunday, 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. with full-time hours and regular attendance emphasized. Responsibilities include supervising department staff, motivating and evaluating performance, maintaining an ethical, non-discriminatory environment, and ensuring production outputs meet schedules. Ensure safety, GMP/SOP compliance, and adherence to ISO standards; work with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime; produce timely production reports; and drive continuous improvement. Required education and experience include three years of supervisory experience; BS/BA preferred; technical skills for machine start-up and corrective actions; Lean Manufacturing certification preferred.
