Job Summary
Production Operator on a 5th-shift weekend schedule (Fri-Sun 11:00 p.m.–11:30 a.m.) responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Duties include moulding/trimming with compression moulding machines, pre-control on rubber compounds, washing/coating processes with washers, ovens and coater, and supporting cleanroom operations including vision inspection and sterilization equipment. Trains new operators, adheres to SOPs/WIs, maintains safety and quality standards, and collaborates with supervisors to meet productivity targets. English-language documentation and basic arithmetic/computer skills required.
