Job Summary
Plan, prepare, and deliver standards-aligned 5th-grade instruction in Mathematics, Language Arts & Spelling, and Science; utilize RTI with data-driven differentiated interventions; establish a safe, engaging classroom; regularly assess progress and maintain grading records; collaborate with grade-level peers, special education staff, administration, and families; integrate educational technology to enhance daily lessons; requires a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a valid Illinois PEL with elementary endorsement; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an elementary self-contained endorsement (K-9 or 1-6)
