Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction using Performance Academies' curriculum and differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs. Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments while maintaining high academic expectations. Create a safe, positive classroom environment by implementing school-wide behavior expectations and building strong relationships with students. Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and collaborate with colleagues to improve student outcomes.
