Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (Reading/Language Arts and Math) while integrating Science, Social Studies, and the Bible. Foster Christian values and biblical worldview, provide differentiated instruction for diverse learners, and use the Evergreen Framework to guide instruction. Build an inclusive classroom culture based on humility, curiosity, and respect; collaborate with colleagues across disciplines; design formative and summative assessments; communicate progress to parents; support home-based learning with regular updates and resources; participate in professional development and discipleship activities. On-campus teaching is scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45AM–3:00PM in a hybrid setting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field and at least 2 years of teaching experience, with an active Christian faith and alignment to City Academy’s Statement of Faith and educational philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience

- Willingness to work in a covenant Christian community
- Ability to partner with parents and honor student individuality
