Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction across core subject areas including English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Foster a classroom culture rooted in Catholic values, respect, and a love of learning while supporting the whole child academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Incorporate inquiry-based, student-centered practices aligned with IB philosophy and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration. Collaborate with faculty to support school-wide initiatives and actively participate in liturgies, events, and professional development. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- Commitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the mission of the Church
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with or openness to International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy and practices preferred
