Job Summary
Monitor global events, alerts, and emerging security threats within a 24/7/365 Global Operations Center. Assess and prioritize incidents to determine potential impact on people, operations, and assets, while managing and escalating them per client procedures. Prepare accurate incident reports, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders, maintaining detailed documentation and effective handoffs. Collaborate with security teams to support timely incident response and adhere to information security policies by reporting threats and completing regular training. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience in intelligence or security operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and geographic mapping tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in intelligence, security operations, threat assessment, incident response, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information-gathering skills, with the ability to quickly assess and prioritize large volumes of information
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of global news, current events, and geopolitical developments
- Excellent written, verbal, documentation, and customer-service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with geographic mapping/GIS tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Onsite Shiftwork (including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to meet the 24/7/365 needs of the GSOC
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with security and incident monitoring tools preferred
- International travel experience preferred
