Job Summary
Supervise the Audience/Patron Services team, monitor performance and workflow, conduct monthly call reviews and coaching, assist in scheduling staff, and prepare daily/operational reports. Ensure effective inbound sales and handle escalated customer service issues, communicate solutions to patrons, and take over as needed. Maintain policy and process updates, collaborate with cross‐functional teams, and support revenue targets. Requirements include 5+ years in professional customer service with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; strong communication and analytical skills; proficiency with standard office software and Tessitura is a plus; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged. Experience in an arts organization environment is helpful.
