Conduct agricultural labor in Guatemala under H2A visa sponsorship, performing field work as directed by the employer. Submit daily time and attendance reports and maintain accurate records of work hours and tasks completed. Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines regarding farm operations and worker welfare. This role is part of a seasonal hiring program for the second half of the year.
