Provide skilled therapy services to geriatric clientele while maintaining timely, thorough documentation of all services in the medical record. Communicate regularly with families, physicians, and other health care team members to ensure coordinated care. Maintain full transparency regarding treatment and compensation through detailed payment reports. Actively licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant with an Associate degree and two years of clinical experience required. Flexible schedule available with competitive pay of $50 per treatment.
