Job Summary
Part-time, on-site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, for the 50/50 Raffle Seller role. The position supports in-game fundraising for the Miami Dolphins Foundation, including selling raffle tickets and explaining the raffle program to fans, with emphasis on customer service and conveying the Foundation’s mission. Requires attending the entire home schedule for the Dolphins (including potential playoffs), a flexible weekend/holiday schedule, and the ability to work in a fast-paced stadium environment. Opportunity for advancement to Brand Ambassador program based on performance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must commit to ENTIRE Miami Dolphins home schedule and potential home playoff games
- Accurately handle the sale and distribution of 50/50 tickets following program requirements
- Outgoing personality and passion for raising money for local charities
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to walk up and down stairs and long distances in stadium
- Professional demeanor when interacting with fans and staff
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong sales skills
- Capable of moving/lifting up to 50 lbs
