Job Summary
Actively sell, handle, and distribute 50/50 raffle tickets using a mobile handheld during and prior to Bakersfield Condors home games, including pre-season, regular, and playoff events. Engage fans to educate them on the fundraising initiative supporting the Condors Community Foundation while meeting and exceeding established sales goals. Accurately reconcile sales with cash and credit card totals per game and serve as a team ambassador to get fans excited about participating. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb up and down stairs multiple times during shift
- You have the ability, and you enjoy building strong relationships with external customers
- You are passionate about Sports and Entertainment
- You have strong customer service skills
- You have effective oral and written communication skills
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
