Job Summary
Sell 50/50 raffle tickets using a mobile handheld during and prior to Bakersfield Condors home games, including pre-season, regular, and playoff events. Accurately reconcile sales with cash and credit card totals per game while actively engaging fans to promote the raffle and the Condors Community Foundation. Meet and exceed established sales goals as an energetic ambassador for the team in a fast-paced environment. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing or walking for extended periods and climbing stairs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb up and down stairs multiple times during shift
- You have the ability to, and you enjoy building strong relationships with external customers
- You are passionate about Sports and Entertainment
- You have strong customer service skills
- You have effective oral and written communication skills
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
