Job Summary

Coordinate day-to-day implementation of PROPEL activities across assigned locations, managing rollout of training, job placement, and enterprise development initiatives. Engage private sector partners to facilitate apprenticeships and internships while tracking their participation and delivery commitments. Support identification and mobilization of NEET youth participants, ensuring tailored interventions address mobility and access barriers. Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and outputs, contributing to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and participant tracking. Integrate safeguarding principles into all program implementation and promptly report concerns through established mechanisms. Requires up to 90% travel to field locations, including insecure areas, with reporting to the Country Program Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program implementation
  • Experience working with private sector actors or market-based approaches
  • Understanding of youth employment challenges, particularly among NEET populations
  • Experience supporting data collection, reporting, and program monitoring processes
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in field-based and dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

  • Capability to translate program plans into effective field-level implementation
