Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations using cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional tools to interpret results and prepare legally compliant reports. Participate in IEP, Section 504, and multidisciplinary eligibility meetings to determine student needs and present findings to families. Provide direct psychological services including individual and small-group counseling, behavioral interventions, and social-emotional support as identified in Individualized Education Programs. Consult with educators, administrators, and families regarding academic and behavioral concerns while designing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans. Support the implementation of evidence-based interventions through the district's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and collaborate on crisis prevention, intervention, and postvention activities. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while contributing to school improvement initiatives and professional learning communities.
