Job Summary
Analyze complex catalog operation requests and define requirements aligned with business goals. Establish strategic project priorities by evaluating business impact, urgency, and operational resources. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product Owners, engineering, and data teams to define roles, build collaboration frameworks, and drive large-scale projects. Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks, then present solutions to stakeholders. Automate repetitive intake processes and standardize operations to improve team productivity. Mentor junior team members through resource planning and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- 5년 이상의 이커머스/IT/운영 조직 내 프로젝트/프로그램 관리(PM/SPM) 경험
- 리더십을 바탕으로 다양한 이해관계자(PO, 개발, 데이터 등) 간의 의견을 조정하고 PL 역할을 수행해 보신 분
- 문제 해결 및 데이터 역량(SQL, Excel)을 보유한 분
- 글로벌 팀/리더십과의 협업이 원활한 수준의 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유한 분
- 팀의 프로젝트 우선순위를 관리하고 가이드를 제시할 수 있는 시니어로서의 책임감과 코칭 역량
Desired Qualifications
- 카탈로그, 상품 데이터, 마켓플레이스 등 이커머스 핵심 운영 도메인에 대한 깊은 이해
- 반복 업무, 수동 운영 프로세스를 효율화/자동화하거나 프로세스 개선 프로젝트에 성과를 낸 경험
- Jira, Confluence, Asana 등 협업 및 프로젝트 관리 툴을 활용한 표준 워크플로우 구축 경험
