Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide basic care for patients in hospitals and residents of long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning and bathing patients, helping them use the toilet and dress, turning and transferring patients, recording health concerns, measuring vital signs, and serving meals. Some CNAs may dispense medication based on their training.
