Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC 5-Axis Pallet Changing Mills to perform precision machining operations, reading blueprints and engineering drawings to determine specific tasks. Monitor machine performance, make adjustments for quality and efficiency, and inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machining issues while following QMS processes and maintaining a clean work area. This role operates on a 3x12 weekend shift with overtime opportunities and includes a $28.00 hourly rate. Experience with Kitamura, Mazak, and Grob machines is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in operating CNC 5-Axis Mills
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace industry a plus
- Experience with Kitamura, Mazak and Grob is a PLUS!!
