5-12 Special Education Teacher

Special Education Teacher for grades 5-12 at Uncommon Schools. Responsibilities include modifying and differentiating an inclusive curriculum, developing 504 plans and IEPs with families and special education teams, creating a safe and empowering learning environment, collaborating with general education teachers and leaders, collecting growth data, and delivering pull-out, push-in, small group, and one-on-one instruction.
