Job Summary
Apprentice Teacher position in Boston-area Uncommon Schools network, offering hands-on observation and teaching opportunities in K-12 classrooms. Responsibilities include observing Master Teachers, co-teaching, providing substitute coverage, tutoring and small-group instruction, assisting with enrichment activities, grading and assessments, and supporting the classroom with advising and advisory/homeroom duties. The role focuses on developing teaching skills with ongoing coaching and professional development, with potential to move into full-time teaching.
