($5,000 Sign-on Bonus) ICU/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit - FT Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the ICU/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Direct and supervise assigned team members, collaborate with multidisciplinary groups, and assume responsibility for the educational processes of patients, families, and significant others. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and utilize communication skills to promote a cooperative work atmosphere. Work 12X3 night shifts (7p-7a) Monday through Sunday.
