Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound telephone sales to engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored products or services. Upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts while researching and resolving issues using internal systems and team collaboration. Accurately document all interactions, manage account details, and escalate complex matters to support teams. Adhere strictly to scripts, policies, and compliance procedures while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. Stay current on program updates through training and team meetings. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality for a 40-hour week across four days in Killeen, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be willing to move about the office to accomplish tasks

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles
- Experience in a contact center or government-related work environment
