Job Summary
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects with professionalism, identifying needs and delivering tailored product recommendations. Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer value while resolving inquiries using internal systems and team collaboration. Document interactions accurately, follow compliance procedures, and escalate complex issues as needed. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and stay informed on program updates through training. Meet attendance and scheduling expectations consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
