Job Summary
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers, delivering tailored product recommendations and upselling services to maximize value. Identify customer needs, resolve inquiries using internal systems, and document interactions accurately while following compliance scripts. Escalate complex issues to support teams and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. This role supports commercial clients across consumer and business programs, representing top-tier brands in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles (especially in a contact center)
- Experience in state or federal work environments
