Job Summary
Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, identify needs, and deliver clear solutions while troubleshooting basic technical issues. Use internal systems to research and resolve service requests, document interactions accurately, and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams. Follow scripts, policies, and compliance protocols while maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows OS
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move objects up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service, tech support, sales, chat, or admin roles
- Experience in government or public sector environments
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
