Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and chat by resolving product and service-related questions with empathy and accuracy. Troubleshoot basic technical issues using internal tools and resources while maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes. Collaborate across departments to ensure timely issue resolution, uphold client-specific protocols and compliance standards, and protect sensitive customer data with discretion and care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and general computer navigation
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move objects up to forty (40) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service, tech support, sales, or admin roles
- Previous experience in a contact center or government-related environment
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to a LEVEL II background/security investigation with a fingerprint
