Job Summary
Lead 4W Partner Acquisition & Engagement in Medan to drive the program's success by fostering strong partner relationships, onboarding new strategic partners, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing partner performance, organizing partner meetings/events, and delivering engaging presentations to partners and internal stakeholders. The role requires developing and executing a comprehensive partner engagement strategy, monitoring industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or a related field
- Experience engaging effectively with partners at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM software and partner management tools
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and engagement strategies
- Understanding of business development and strategic partnership principles
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events
