Job Summary
The 4th Shift Shipping Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and loading trucks to complete orders for shipment in a manufacturing setting. Duties include using computers for inventory, inspecting and packing parts, operating moving equipment like forklifts, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18yo or older
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled factory environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Some computer skills needed
- Ability to read work orders
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers
- Independent thinker
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills required
