Job Summary
Provide core instruction for 4th grade class and develop and implement core curriculum to meet students' varying educational, social, and emotional needs. Design lesson plans tailored to each student's ability, adapt teaching methods individually, and instruct students in groups or based on their capacity to handle pressure. Administer exams, grade papers, and assess individual strengths and weaknesses while observing behavior to intervene in adverse situations. Establish and enforce behavioral rules, prepare remedial programs for students falling behind, and confer with parents regarding progress. Model a consistent daily walk with Jesus and ensure compliance with teaching standards and safety regulations.
