Facilitate 4th grade student comprehension and application of curriculum; implement 21st Century Skills; plan and deliver instruction aligned to curriculum objectives; manage classroom behavior and environment; assess student progress and maintain records; communicate with students and parents regarding expectations and progress; participate in professional development, staff meetings, and IDEA/IEP-related activities; support family engagement and act as a family advocate within the district framework; demonstrate strong oral and written communication and collaboration with colleagues, students, and the community; maintain a professional appearance and comply with district policies and procedures.
