4th Grade Teacher responsible for delivering district/state-approved curriculum, documenting student progress and outcomes, addressing individual educational needs by creating a safe and optimal learning environment, and communicating progress to students, parents, and administration; requires a bachelor's degree and Iowa teaching certificate, knowledge of Iowa Teaching Standards, special education and section 504, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to implement student-centered, data-driven instruction.
