4th Grade Teacher (Royal Prairie Elementary)

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and Texas Education Agency guidelines while accommodating individual student differences. Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing to inform instructional activities. Manage student behavior according to the Student Code of Conduct and create a classroom environment conducive to physical, social, and emotional development. Supervise instructional aides and volunteers, compile required reports, and maintain open communication with parents and community members. Assume responsibility for assigned extracurricular activities and serve as a positive role model supporting the school district's mission.
