4th Grade Elementary Teacher

Administer the classroom and its program of organization and management while maintaining discipline and control. Deliver clear, complete explanations of subject matter using positive reinforcement and active student participation. Write clear lesson plans indicating direction and implementation of courses of study, submit them on time, and provide relevant homework. Maintain accurate pupil accounting records, track texts and supplies, and establish cooperative relationships with parents through reports and conferences. Monitor student behavior, address undesirable conduct with firmness, and refer attendance or health concerns to the principal. Model appropriate dress and demonstrate knowledge of all District Policies and Administration Guidelines.
