Job Summary
Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula for 4th-grade ELA, including planning and delivering rigorous instruction, assessing student mastery, and using data to adjust instruction. Maintain weekly lesson plans, track progress in gradebook, communicate student progress to families, and manage classroom behavior using a clear system. Participate in weekly meetings, after-school duties, tutoring sessions, and district-wide professional development; dedicate 40+ hours per week on-site. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to diverse student needs and leverage technology to enhance learning. Relocation support may be offered.”,
