4PS - Accountmanager GWW

Manage long-term relationships with existing clients in the GWW/Infra sector by building knowledge of our software, colleagues, and industry developments. Proactively address client inquiries, change requests, and optimization needs while coordinating internal actions and drafting proposals. Monitor the financial health (P&L) of your client portfolio within agreed frameworks and collaborate with the team to drive customer satisfaction toward a 9+ rating. Requires five years of experience in sales or customer success, an IT/software background, and strong listening skills.
