Job Summary
Lead and develop the Front of House (FOH) team in a Chick-fil-A restaurant, driving customer service excellence and operational success. Responsible for coaching and developing staff, opening/closing the store, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, ensuring policy adherence, and achieving monthly/quarterly goals. Acts as a subject-matter expert for FOH tasks, manages inventory and facilities, and collaborates with leadership to deliver growth and exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication, team-building, and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage responsibilities across a high-volume, service-oriented setting. This role reports to the Leadership Team and operates within a full-time schedule with a 40-hour work week and a compensation range of $15-$19.50 per hour, with training-based raises and benefits including health coverage, 401k eligibility, paid vacation, and growth opportunities.
