Job Summary
Develop and manage construction schedules for data center projects using Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project. Create Work Breakdown Structures, calculate critical paths, and generate GANTT charts to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with BIM teams to integrate schedules with Revit models for 4D construction simulations. Utilize estimating tools to determine material quantities and labor requirements while preparing technical documentation. This role supports the design and coordination of cutting-edge data center projects across the U.S. for Ehvert Mission Critical, a business unit within Salas O'Brien. You will work on high-profile, hyperscale facilities for global tech giants like Microsoft, Oracle, and Amazon, focusing on complex electrical and mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or construction
- Written and spoken English B1 and higher
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry managing complex construction projects with a large electrical and/or mechanical component
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project required
- Strong experience in Revit is a must
- Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to multitask and to initiate tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-starters who are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to collaborate remotely
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- MS Access experience is a asset
- Experience in a high-tech industry, completing work for an international company
- Experience with Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
