Job Summary
Manage a 4-5 patient assignment on the 4C Medical Intermediate Care inpatient unit, working side-by-side with an interdisciplinary team including Patient Care Technicians, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy. Engage in a relationship-based model to build connections with patients and families while supporting independence in nursing practice during and post orientation. Assist in delivering care to a complex adult patient population, adhering to department guidelines for weekend and holiday shifts within a 36-hour flex schedule.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- at least one year experience
- Acute care or sub acute care experience preferred
- BLS required
- Weekends and Holidays - per the guidelines of the department
- All work shifts are available
