Job Summary
Greet guests within 10 feet, resolve shopping issues, and end every transaction with a sincere thank you to maintain a friendly, guest-first culture. Execute a detailed, accurate sorting operation by stocking, organizing reserve product, and straightening merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability. Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight, process defective items, and handle environmentally sensitive materials in compliance with laws. Support guest services including back-up cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up duties while adhering to federal, state, and local adult beverage regulations. Work in a fast-paced environment lifting up to 44 pounds, climbing ladders, and navigating varying temperatures and humidity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds throughout the duration of a shift without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
