4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1404)

Inbound Expert role focused on stocking, inventory accuracy, and guest/service support in a Target store. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with finding items, maintaining stock and merchandise presentation, executing a detailed sorting operation, stocking and organizing reserve product, operating handheld scanners and, where certified, powered equipment, processing defective merchandise, and ensuring safety/compliance. Collaboration with teammates to support back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up duties; flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical duties such as lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varied temperatures. Emphasis on delivering an easy, inspiring guest experience while maintaining product availability and adherence to store policies and safety standards.
