Job Summary
Conduct inbound stocking operations by sorting, organizing, and storing reserve product while straightening merchandise on the sales floor. Greet guests within 10 feet, assist with shopping needs, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience. Operate powered equipment for unloading freight, process defective items, and support guest services including back-up cashier and Drive-Up duties. Maintain product availability and comply with safety policies, adult beverage laws, and environmental regulations. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 44 pounds repeatedly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds throughout the duration of a shift without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
