Job Summary
Experienced Maintenance Mechanic position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, pumps, and electrical systems. Requires strong multi-craft repair skills, high-voltage wiring knowledge, and flexibility to assist team members.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Maintenance Mechanic role
- Proficient in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience with high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use electrical testing equipment
- Experience with programmable logic controls
- Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and loud environments
Desired Qualifications
- Electrical certification
- Maintenance manufacturing experience
- Technical school training
- Welding experience
- Prior experience in mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch
