Job Summary
Collect trash and recycling from each resident's container at apartment complexes, transferring it to on-site dumpsters or compactors while cleaning up loose trash and documenting resident non-compliance. Operate a pickup truck with a valid driver's license and auto insurance, carrying a smartphone with a data plan and working camera. Perform duties in inclement weather, lifting and walking up to 50 lbs over long distances while climbing stairs. Work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to approximately 9:30 pm as part of a rapidly growing team entrusted with client ownership and autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
- Pickup truck required
- 18+ years of age
