Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for a 9-year-old male patient with g-tubes, trachs, and vents in West Chicago, IL. Cover Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 7pm. Maintain patient safety and manage daily care needs for this disabled pediatric patient. Reliance Home Health Caregivers specializes in long-term home health for pediatric and adult patients requiring skilled nursing. Immediate openings are available for licensed nurses in the Chicagoland Area.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN
- Valid CPR card
- Proof of citizenship or authorization for employment in the United States
